Skating

The Warriors Academy of Skating is where confident skaters are built—one stride at a time.

Warriors Learn to Skate programs give athletes the opportunity to develop proper skating fundamentals in a fun, supportive, and structured environment. Whether your child is stepping on the ice for the first time or looking to refine their technique, we have a program that fits.

🧊 What Skaters Will Learn

Our experienced Warrior coaches focus on teaching skating the right way from the very beginning:

  • Balance and body control

  • Proper stride mechanics

  • Posture and knee bend

  • Open hips and efficient movement

  • Edge control and turning

These fundamentals help skaters feel more comfortable, confident, and capable on the ice—no matter their age or starting point.

👶🧒👦 Programs for Every Stage

  • Tots & First-Time Skaters – A positive introduction to the ice

  • Youth & Teen Skaters – Skill development and confidence building

  • Beginner to Advanced Levels – Progress at your own pace with proper instruction

⭐ Why Choose Warriors Academy of Skating?

Our coaches are known for their ability to connect with skaters, keep sessions engaging, and build skills in a way that’s encouraging—not intimidating. We focus on long-term development, not rushing athletes through levels.

The Academy of Skating also provides an excellent foundation for:

  • Hockey

  • Ringette
