Invite our team (WISTS) into your house to provide team and association development.  WISTS provides a player-first approach, focusing on the Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) model, which structures programs around a player's physical, mental, and emotional growth. Effective development requires age-appropriate, skill-focused training, including on-ice skills and strategic play.  Coaches will provide a positive and sustainable hockey experience for all participants.
