Youth and Adult Non Prime Time Private Lesson

Location: Sardis Sports Complex or Chilliwack Coliseum – 60 minutes

Private Lessons are hourly rates:  Price per hour $225 + gst

• Price includes; booking & scheduling fees, ice rental and coaching cost

Private Lesson Code: Once lessons are confirmed a lesson code will be sent for registration

Cancellation on Private Lessons: 2 weeks written notice

Youth & Adult Non Prime Time Ice Definition: Weekday ice before 4pm (weekends, holidays and anything after 4pm is Prime Time)

Lessons for: Skating, Hockey or Ringette Player, Hockey or Ringette Goalie

Provide the following details:

• Dates player is available

• Times player is available

• How many lessons per week

• How many lessons per month

• Age of player

• Sport for: Skating, Hockey or Ringette

• Lesson in: Learn to Skate, Hockey, Ringette, Goalie

• Players full name 

• Players experience; new, beginner, intermediate, advanced

• Coach Request – if you have a specific coach you would perfer please include in email
