Summer 2025  –  Back to Basics 4-Day Ringette Camp 

Warrior Back to Basics 4-Day Ringette Camp is designed for children going into their first year of ringette and/or current ringette athletes at the intermediate / community level who have a desire to develop and improve their overall ringette experience.  The 4-Day Camp will help prepare athletes for their upcoming ringette season by providing instruction in power skating, ring control, passing, shooting and wrapping up with small area battle drills.  Warrior coaches will provide an on-ice instruction ratio of 1:6 to provide small class sizes to provide generous player development throughout the program!  

Prerequisite for participation: This program is for those that have passed Tot or Youth Silver in our Academy of Skating program or who are currently playing ringette at the community level but looking to improve on their skating and skills.

Equipment: Full ringette equipment is required.  This includes, CSA approved ringette helmet and cage, neck guard, skates, gloves, elbow pads, shoulder pads, jersey, ringette pants & gurdle, shin pads, jock/jill and stick.  Rings will be used throughout the program.

Age: (2025/2026 season)

• Group A: Fun and U10
• Group B: U12 and U14

Dates @ Chilliwack Coliseum

• Week #1: August 11, 12, 13, 14, 2025 @ 8:00 to 4:00pm (Full Day Camp) $600 + GST

• Week #2: August 18, 19, 20, 21, 2025 @ 7:00am to 12pm (Half Day Camp) $480 + GST

Price:

• $600 + gst for Full Day Camp

  • Includes per week, 10 hours on ice, 4 hours of fitness, 4 hours off ice development and other activities.

  • Early Bird Pricing: $550+ gst for Full Day Camp

  • Register before July 1^st, 2025

• $480 + gst for Half Day Camp

  • Includes per day, 8 hours of ice, 4 hour of fitness, 4 hours of off ice development or other activities

  • Early Bird Pricing: $430+ gst for Full Day Camp

  • Register before July 1^st, 2025

A typical full-day camp “could” look like this:

• 8:00am Check-in of all athletes 

• 8:15 to 8:30am Team Warm-up

• 8:30 to 9:30am Off-Ice Ring-handling / or Activites

• 9:30 to 10:00am Change for Ice

• 10:00 to 11:15am Power Skating

• 11:15 to 11:45am Change from Ice, Team Cool Down, Stretch

• 11:45 to 12:30pm – Lunch (from home) and movie

• 12:45 to 1:45pm – Yoga / Fitness

• 1:45 to 2:00pm – Clean up

• 2:00 to 2:30pm – Change for Ice

• 2:30 to 3:45pm – Skills 

• 3:45 to 4:00pm – Change

• 4:00pm – Check-out of all athletes
