Return & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Where a customer requests a financial reimbursement, the following Cancellation Policy Fees will apply:
- All Program, Camp and Clinic Cancellations will have an Administration & Payment Processing Fee (APPF) of 5% of the Program Price including the taxes .
- All cancellations within 1 week of Start Date will have a Cancellation Fee of 20% of the Program Price plus the APPF
- All cancellations within 2 weeks of Start Date will have a Cancellation Fee of 15% of the Program Price plus the APPF
- All cancellations within 3 weeks of Start Date will have a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the Program Price plus the APPF
- All other cancellations will have a Cancellation Fee of 5% of the Program Price plus the APPF
If items are included in the Price of the Program, Camp, or Clinic such as jerseys, those costs will also be deducted from the reimbursement and the item will be provided to you. Note that if the items cannot be picked up, shipping costs will be at customers expense.
Where a customer requests a financial reimbursement due to a medical condition which prevents them from participating in the Program at any time prior to the Start Date, the APPF will be applied as well as cost of items and the remainder will be reimbursed. Proof must be provided of medical condition (note from Doctor or other medical professional).
Where a customer requests a credit, the monies will be credited, less cost of items, to their Account to be used at a later date.
Return Policy
Any items purchased online or at an event have a 15 day return policy.
The following applies to items being returned:
- Reason for return must be provided.
- The item(s) must be in their original packaging.
- The item(s) must be in their original condition.
- The item(s) must not have been used.
- All items will have an Administration & Payment Processing Fee (APPF) of 5% of the Product Price including the taxes .
- Customers will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return on top of the APPF.
