Summer 2025 – Full Day Hockey Camp @ Chilliwack Coliseum
Warriors Stride – Edge – Power and Skills. Is a Coed Hockey Development program that will work on the athletes overall skating ability through corrective teaching and learning. Coaches will teach and correct proper balance and stride techniques, edge control, stops, starts, transition and acceleration. As athletes correct their fundamental movements, they will start to work on explosive strides leading to quick feet. During their skills session, athletes will work on correcting their shooting, puck handling and passing. Off the ice, athletes will be engaged in activities for the whole group and could include yoga, road hockey, off-ice puck handling stations and other fun games.
This camp is not a learn to skate or learn to play hockey camp.
SEPS is for individuals who are already playing hockey, and looking to be challenged.
Equipment:

CSA approved hockey helmet with cage, skates, shin pads, socks, pants, jock/jill shorts, shoulder pads, elbow pads, jersey, neck guard, helmet, stick, water bottle, change of clothes and running shoes.
Camp Weeks:

Week #1 – August 11, 12, 13, 14 (Mon – Thurs) @ 8:00 to 4:00pm (2.5 hours of ice per day)

Week #2 – August 18, 19, 20, 21 (Mon – Thurs) @ 7:00am 12:00pm – (HALF DAY CAMP with 2 hours of ice)

10:00 to 10:15am – Cool down / Stretch
