Summer 2024 – Game Situations and Techniques
Game Situations and Techniques is designed to help those looking to improve their game. We look at body positioning/angling, team play, positioning away from the play, cycling, flow drills, and many other dynamics to help improve an athletes “hockey sense”.
Prerequisite:
- Student has taken and/or has advanced out of Power Skating and Bar Down Skill Development. This program is ideal for those registered in minor hockey looking to improve their overall game sense. This is not an intro to hockey program.

Week 1 – July 15, 16, 17, 18 (Mon – Thurs) Time: 1:45 to 2:45pm

Week 2 – July 22, 23, 24, 25 (Mon – Thurs) Time: 1:45 to 2:45pm

Week 3 – August 12, 13, 14, 15 (Mon – Thurs) Time: 3:15 to 4:15pm

Week 4 – August 19, 20, 21, 22 (Mon – Thurs) Time: 2:15 to 3:15pm

Equipment: Full hockey equipment is required including BNQ neck guards, CSA approved Hockey helmet with cage and hockey stick.
